The annual XWARN Christmas Party will be held on December 13,2021 – the party is held in lieu of the normal monthly meeting. We will meet at The OSU Extension Service building at the GC Fairgrounds at 6:30 P.M. Members and their families and friends are invited Bring food, drink and table service to take care of your group. As a convenience, we will also make a run to a local carryout restaurant –current plan is Dominos (pizza, chicken, salads, sandwiches, pasta). XWARN Christmas Party 2020
After some deliberation, we have decided to have the XWARN party. We have a place. We believe that we can arrange tables to maintain adequate separation. We have some games to play. Why not? There are several uncertainties. We could be banned from meeting due to recent increases in infection rates. We understand that many members will choose to avoid the risk associated with gathering together. 2019 Christmas Party
The 2019 XWARN Christmas party will be held December 9, 2019 , 6:00 PM at TJ Chumps, which is located at 1100 E. Dayton Yellow Springs Rd., Fairborn, OH 45324. Access to the restaurant is via an access road that is shared with Arby’s and Marathon gas. The access road runs off Commerce Center Blvd, South of Dayton-Yellow Springs Rd. Tell the hostess that you are with XWARN. This will be in place of the December Meeting. You will be responsible for your own meal. Guests are welcome.
