2025 Young’s Jersey Dairy Charity Bike Ride

Requesting Amateur Radio Operators to provide support to Young’s CharityBike Ride on Saturday, September 6. This is a relatively large event due to a good number of participantsand a very large geographical area. We need lots of ham volunteers. Thestart/finish will be at Young’s Dairy (US-68, just north of YellowSprings). There are several route options. Locations are spread across southernClark into western Madison, and northern Greene counties. Start is scheduled for 8 am and the last rider typically rolls in around5 pm. Happy July, XWARN! I hope everyone is surviving the intense heat. We had a delightful and suc-cessful Field Day despite melting just a little. Field Day 2025

ARRLField Day is ham radio’s open house. Every June, more than 31,000 hams throughout North America set up temporary transmitting stations in public places to demonstrate ham radio’s science, skill and service to our communities and our nation. It combines public service, emergency preparedness, community outreach, and technical skills all in a single event. Field Day has been an annual event since 1933, and remains the most popular event in ham radio.
