(Pretty much the same as last year, if you were a part of it, except that they wish to have us provide coverage of the running portion – 5K One lap, 10K Two laps)
I apologize for not getting this notice out sooner, it’s less than two weeks away. We need over two dozen hams to make this happen.
I have the plan from last year and I expect that we will repeat it with the addition of a couple of people on the run route.
Last year we used the XWARN repeater (147.165 +offset 123.0 Hz RTone). It covers the course pretty well, but you will need a slightly better antenna than the typical one that comes with an HT. Mobile set ups
should be fine.
